O.E.M. S.r.l. was founded in the heart of Italy’s industrial district, in Leno (Brescia), with a clear vision: to connect technology and the future.

1988 – OEM IS FOUNDED
OEM is established in Calvenzano (Bergamo), starting its operations in the field of wiring and electrical systems. From the very beginning, the company stands out for its commitment to quality and innovation.
1990 – RELOCATION TO LENO
Just two years later, OEM moved to Leno (Brescia), consolidating its presence in the area and strengthening its production capacity.
1996 – NEW HEADQUARTERS IN PORZANO DI LENO
OEM sets up its headquarters in Porzano di Leno, an industrial district of Leno, where it continues to grow and expand its production expertise.
2006 – INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION TO CRAIOVA, ROMANIA
OEM opens a new facility in Craiova, Romania, increasing its production capacity and establishing an international presence.
2016 – EXPANSION OF FACILITIES IN ITALY
OEM expands its headquarters in Porzano di Leno, growing from one to three production plants in Italy, in addition to the operational site in Romania.
2022 – MANAGERIAL TRANSITION
Following the untimely passing of its founder, OEM adopts a new management structure led by professionals outside the founding family, which continues to contribute to the company’s success. This marks the beginning of a new phase of growth and development.
